Is it easy to customize Placester website?
Yes, it is easy for a non-technical person to customize Placester codeless websites. Start with a pre-designed template, and you can apply changes as you go along. Here are some examples of what you can customize on the Placester website — no coding skills required:

How do content and email limits work?
Pages & Posts limit defines how many pages you can publish on your Placester website. If you reach the limit, you won’t be able to add new pages.
Monthly email limit will only let you send as many emails as are included in your plan.
If you want to have more pages on your website or send more emails, consider upgrading your subscription.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription at any time?
You can upgrade your Placester subscription at any time.
You can downgrade your subscription from the next billing cycle. It will take effect at the end of your term.
If you want to switch from Broker or Team to Agent plan, please ask our support team for assistance.
Does Placester integrate with … ?
Placester has native integrations with popular real estate CRMs: Follow Up Boss, Cloze and Rechat.
Hundreds of integrations between Placester and 3rd party software are available via Zapier.
Can I cancel my Placester account at any time?
You can cancel your Placester subscription without any hassle. If you pay on a monthly basis, your subscription ends on your last billing day. If you are on an annual plan you can cancel and continue using Placester until the paid portion of your plan runs out. The subscription cost is not-refundable.
Does Placester charge for bandwidth usage?
No, all Placester plans include unlimited bandwidth.
What is the cost of the IDX Support Fee?
Placester charges IDX Support Fees for every approved MLS Contract. The fee is $25 per month, per each active MLS Contract, regardless of your subscription. If you have our subscription for Teams or Brokers, your Agents inherit your IDX at no extra cost.
What is the Agent Seat (Active Agent Pricing)?
Unlike most providers, Placester does not charge teams and brokers a fee per agent. At Placester, you don’t get charged for agents who don’t use the platform.
Our subscriptions include 10, 25 and 100 agent seats. When your agent launches a website, that counts as one seat. Only when you exceed the number of active websites included in your plan will you be charged for each additional website.

Express Setup includes:

Placester includes secure, unlimited website hosting on all plans.
Can I hire someone to design a custom website?
Certainly! Purchase a Custom Setup to get your custom website created and launched.
You can also choose our Do It For Me service and get unlimited website edits and ongoing maintenance.
What’s the Placester CRM?
Placester’s CRM & Email allows you to nurture your leads throughout the cycle. Key features include:

Do I need to share my credit card details when registering with Placester?
No, we don’t need your credit card details when you set up your Placester account. You can try it for free for up to 21 days of a trial. When your trial ends, you can decide whether you want to buy a subscription.
How long does the contract with Placester last?
You can cancel your subscription anytime.
Does Placester offer discounts?
Placester has monthly and annual billing options. You can save 20% if you choose the annual plan.
How many agents can I assign to my Placester Broker account?
You can add as many agents as you want to your Broker account. Your bill depends on the number of agents with launched websites. See section about Agent Seats (Active Agent Pricing) above.
Will my MLS also charge me for IDX on top of the Placester fee?
Yes, the MLS access fee is separate from the Placester’s IDX Support Fee.
