In 2018, KW will gather once again in Austin to bring together both current and aspiring Mega Agents to offer up expert insights.
The sessions are meant to help top-producing agents continue to thrive, and high-earner hopefuls develop processes that can elevate their businesses.
14. 2018 NAHREP National Convention & Latin Music Festival
September 9 – 11
Many real estate conferences offer plenty of entertainment options for their guests, like concerts and general speaking engagements with high-profile individuals.
Few industry events, though, include full-on music festivals as part of the festivities. One such convention is the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals National conference.
Latino agents, brokers, and executives nationwide convene annually to this engaging event, where they network, share their secrets to real estate success, and enjoy lively music and cultural cuisine during the festival.
15. NAGLREP 2018
October 2 – 4
The National Association of Gay & Lesbian Real Estate Professionals will hold its 2018 real estate conference in California for “three power-packed days of learning and networking with the best in the business.”
In 2017, the conference featured speakers like The Malibu Life’s Madison Hildebrand, U.S. Congressman Mark Takano, and Placester’s Seth Price.
This fall convention follows the LGBT Housing Policy Summit in spring, when the organization’s leadership will meet with residential regulators and other housing leaders to discuss fair housing policies and advocate for legislation.
16. REALTORS® Conference & Expo
November 2 – 5
And finally, we arrive at what is considered and expected to be the biggest 2018 real estate conference: the National Association of REALTORS Conference & Expo.
Boston is the destination for this year’s edition of NAR Annual, and tens of thousands of the trade group’s members are expected to attend as they do every year.
Dozens of conference programs, educational sessions, and world-famous industry speakers account for much of the activities at NAR Annual, not to mention a dazzling array of vendor booths to visit on the expo floor. Since Boston is home to Placester HQ, you can expect to see a lot of NAR Annual coverage on the Academy this fall!
The bottom line is this: If you’re a REALTOR, this is the preeminent event to attend in 2018 — one that can help you discover new marketing trends, sales techniques, and tech that can help you achieve your long-term business goals.
